All relationships are not the same, but they do have a few common factors.   Most positive relationships possess the following: forward motion, efficiency, optimism, and edification.

It's all in your head.

We’ve often heard, “It’s all in your head.”  That shouldn’t be a surprise, without thinking we have nothing.  The converse is true as well: thinking is everything, it all starts in our head.  Thinking is action, it’s behavior, and it’s a choice. With great instruction, guidance, and practice, we can think better. When we think better, we live and perform better.

An unknown author said “You live most of your life in your head.  Make sure it’s a nice place to be.”  Obviously, there’s a cognitive component there, but there’s also another important word: live.  Whether it’s relationships, or working with teenage angst, or athletic performance, we focus on living.  Let’s be mindful, let’s be purposeful, let’s live and enjoy.  Although there will be bumps and bruises in your life, you will have a passionate authentic partner with Scott and MP4P to navigate through them.
